Reverend Dr. Ed Glover and his wife Tammy have been pastoring on the North Side of Pittsburgh for the past 30 years. Together they founded Urban Impact Foundation in 1995 to help address the profound and unique challenges facing today’s urban communities. Pastor Ed recognized that the trials of children & family in urban communities could only be effectively addressed through holistic development of the mind, body and spirit through Christ– one person, one family, one block at a time. Thus, Urban Impact was born! Today, through the continued support of many individuals and partner organizations, Urban Impact continues to foster Christian community development throughout the Pittsburgh area through athletics, academics, performing arts and ministry. He currently serves as Associate Preacher and Director of Urban Missions for Christ Church at Grove Farm in Sewickley, PA. Ed and his wife Tammy live on the North Side and they have four children, two daughters-in-love, and a granddaughter.
