Karis Kemp is currently a candidate for ordination with the ECO Presbyterian Church, and recent graduate of Fuller Seminary. She has worked in churches for the past 20 years, predominantly working in the areas of worship and mission. She has been serving the First Presbyterian Church of Jerome as monthly pulpit supply for the past year, and has also preached regularly at The Presbyterian Church of the Big Wood in her home town of Ketchum, ID. Currently she works bi-vocationally with the Sun Valley Summer Symphony educational programs, and also with Headwaters Ministries. She and her colleagues at Headwaters are working with missional communties as part of a Presbyterian church plant. As an avid writer, she enjoys sharing her theological musings on the blog site: livingliturgy.life. She and her husband Randy are thrilled to be here at Ocean Reef with their kids, Elias and Bennett.
