Reverend David Epstein has served as the senior pastor of the historic Calvary Baptist Church in New York City since 1997, where he is also the Chancellor and a faculty member of the New York School of the Bible. He is a graduate of Capital Bible Seminary with a degree in Biblical Studies. He also pursued doctoral studies at the Catholic University of America in Biblical Studies and was a PhD candidate at the University of Maryland in the History of Education and Adult Development. He served as the Chairman of Education Ministries and Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies and History at Washington Bible College from 1978 to 1986. He then pastored the Metropolitan Bible Church in Ottawa, Ontario, one of Canada’s leading evangelical churches. For the past 30 years he has been traveling and teaching in Israel, sharing his love of biblical history and prophecy. In addition to his national and international conference schedule, Pastor Epstein’s popular radio broadcasts The Calvary Hour and Tell It From Calvary are heard by more than 2 million people worldwide. He is the author of A Time for Hope: One New York Pastor’s Biblical Response to 9/11, Terrorism and Islam, and a contributor to Business Ethics Today: Stealing and Business Ethics Today: Lying, Preacher’s Sourcebook Volume III (Thomas Nelson) and The People, the Land and the Future of Israel. Pastor Epstein and his wife Sandy are blessed with three children and eight wonderful grandchildren.
